Delete a tv device from tvusage remote account
At Codeseed, we understand that you may need to manage the multiple devices connected to your account. If you wish to remove a TV device from your account, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Locate Your TV Device ID
1.1 On your Android TV, open tvusage app, navigate to the [About] section. You can find [About] button in [Home] screen, below [Settings] button.
1.2 Find and note down the unique TV Device ID associated with the device you want to remove. This ID is essential for the removal process.
Step 2: Compose a Device Removal Request Email
2.1 Compose an email to support@tvusage.app with the subject line: "TV Device Removal Request - tvusage."
2.2 In the body of the email, include the following information:
Your registered email address
The TV Device ID of the device you wish to remove
A brief reason for removing the device (optional)
Step 3: Confirmation Email
After receiving your device removal request, our support team will send you a confirmation email within 5 business days to verify your identity and confirm the device removal.
Step 4: Device Removal Process
Once your identity is confirmed, we will proceed with the TV device removal process. This may take up to 5 business days.
Step 5: Confirmation of Removal
After the removal process is complete, you will receive a final email confirming that the TV device has been successfully removed from your account.
